Trinamool supremo and West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee finally accepts the poor performance of her party in the elections. Banerjee tweets to congratulate BJP. She also adds that party will review the debacle.
“42/42” slogan given by Trinamool supremo Mamata Banerjee before general elections is now a mere ‘dream’. This in itself was a challenge for the party which had engaged into endless hate speech against Narendra Modi. Banerjee herself had said she feels like slapping Modi for calling her party affiliated with extortionists.
The results are enough to explain the sentiments of the people in the state. If the number is to believed then it is leading in 19 seats enough to show the party have done good ground work.
