Poor guest protocol by BJP at oath taking ceremony, Asha Bhosle left stranded in the crowd.
Veteran singer Asha Bhosle has tweeted to thank actress turned politician Smriti Irani for helping her to reach her destination safe and sound. Bhosle like many from the Bollywood were invited for the Narendra Modi’s oath taking ceremony at thd Rashtrapati Bhawan, New Delhi on Thursday evening.
The crowd was so madening that after the ceremony was over nobody had time to follow up the guest protocol and as a result Asha Bhosle got stranded. She in her tweet says, ‘It was Smriti who noticed her plight and came forward to help’. Asha Bhosle further said, Smriti being a nice humanbeing has won the elections.
Well, this entire incedent on one hand has certainly brought compliments for Irani but on the other hand raises serious question on the preperations and guest protocol of the BJP. Asha Bhosle is no ordinary person and is a living legend. If BJP high command had invited her for the event then it was thd duty of the party to take care of her traveling etc. This is indeed a shameful incedent beyond any condmnation.
